Chinook Rhythmique Gymnastic Club is most delighted to share with you information about our team, our sport as well as the impacts that we make as a group to those around us.

Chinook Rhythmique has a high level competitive program that produces many gymnasts representing Alberta and Canada in major games and events.

Our Recreation, Performance Group, Pre-Competitive and Competitive programs all take place at the centrally located Talisman Centre ( formerly the Lindsay Park Sports Centre).

In our competitive program we teach National level gymnasts 5 days/week and Provincial level gymnasts 3-5 days/week. Pre-competitive classes make up the balance of our competitive programs. Our gymnasts also benefit from ballet, conditioning and apparatus handling included in their training.

An exciting blend of ballet, jazz, and gymnastics! It is a perfect blend of art and sport. Besides offering fun and exciting activities for all ages, Rhythmic Gymnastics is an Olympic sport that involves a lot of hard work and dedication.

Participants in the beginner session will have the opportunity to work with all apparatus towards a PRISM skill pin. In the advanced session, participants will learn routines choreographed to music using ribbons, balls, hoops, scarves and skills from the previous session. Winter session participants will also have the opportunity to perform in the Chinook Rhythmique Gymnastics Club Spring Gala.
