‍This program creates an exciting environment for girls to foster their love for the sport of rhythmic gymnastics! Gymnasts will learn and practice individual routines with the goal of competing at provincial, regional and invitational competitions. Learning to compete introduces gymnasts to new experiences such as setting personal goals, overcoming challenges, and learning from mistakes. We strive to create a fun and supportive team environment where gymnasts can motivate each other to reach their goals. Gymnasts will progress through the Gymnastics Canada Provincial Development Program

This is our western stream program and is considered intermediate/advanced. Girls learn 3 competitive routines and have the opportunity to perform at provincial, regional, and invitational events.  Training commitment is 4-5 days per week.

All competitive programs require serious commitment & dedication to the sport.
