Our recreational programs offer a fun introduction to Rhythmic Gymnastics and provide the opportunity to get active, learn new skills, build friendships and have a ton of fun through a variety of different and engaging activities!
Our competitive and pre-competitive programs include a variety of physical training with a focus on developing body technique, coordination flexibility, and strength. Gymnasts will learn RG specific ballet technique, apparatus handling, and develop their expression and musicality.
Open to pre-competitive, interclub, and provincial level gymnasts born 2018-2014.
